Am I going to actually land all of these wholesale accounts?

If you simply contact a brand and ask for a price list, you probably won't ever land a wholesale account, BUT if you can communicate to the brand how you could actually increase their sales on Amazon (by offering suggestions on how the brand can improve their Amazon product pages), then the brand will see you more as a partner than just some random Amazon seller wanting to sell their stuff.
